Scope operates four precision cut-to-length and blanking lines and one slitting line. The use of separate lines for aluminum, titanium and stainless steel cutting (white metals) and for galvanized, carbon and alloy steel cutting (black metals) prevents corrosion that damages the materials. Our insistence on operating three separate lines is a reflection of our uncompromising commitment to quality.

	Cut-to-Length Line For White Metals For cutting Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Painted materials, Electro Galvanized, Aluzinc Length: 350-12000 mm Width: 250-1500 mm Thickness: 0.3-4.5 mm (depending on type of material) Also for blanking Up to 5 lines for width cutting
	2 Cut-to-Length Lines For Black Metals For cutting Galvanized, Cold Rolled (DC01), P&O Length: 300-4100 mm Width: 300-1800 mm Thickness: 0.4-3.0 mm Also for blanking Length: 400-3500 mm Up to 3 lines for width cutting
	Cut-to-Length Line For Oversize For cutting Stainless Steel, Aluminium, all Steels Length: 1000-12000 mm Width: 200-2000 mm Thickness: Stainless -1.5-6.0 mm ST-52 – 1.5-5.0 mm Other materials – 1.5-8.0 mm
	Slitter For cutting Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Painted materials, Electro Galvanized, Aluzinc, Cold Rolled (DC01), Galvanized steel Length: Cut from coils Width: 30.7 - 1800 mm Number of coils that can be slit varies depending upon material thickness. Thickness: 0.25-3.0 mm
