Mr. Shmuel Shiloh
Mr. Shiloh is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Scope. He was also Chief Executive Officer until June 2009 and Chief Financial Officer Until June 2000.
Mr. Shiloh serves as a director of the following subsidiaries of Scope: El-Zon Holdings (since 1993), Edit Industrial Buildings (since 1996) and Eilrali Fabrications (since 1999). In addition, he is a director in Cotserv Commercial & Technical Services Ltd., the holding company of Scope.
Mr. Gil Haver
Mr. Haver has been CEO of Scope since November 2007. Mr. Haver served as CFO of Scope from July 2000 until November 2007. Prior to this, he was a CPA with Yair Karni & Co., accountants, from 1995 to July 2000. Mr. Haver holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Ben Gurion University, Israel.
Mr. Eyal Younian
Mr. Younian has been the Chief Financial Officer of Scope since November 2007. Before joining Scope, Mr. Younian was the CEO of the municipality of Kfar-Saba from 2004 to November 2007, and a Senior manager in the Hi-tech, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice at Ernst & Young Israel (Kost, Forer, Gabbay and Kasierer) from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Younian holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting and a MBA degree, both from the College of Management Rishon Lezion, Israel. Mr. Younian holds a CPA license since 1999.
Mr. Stanley Frisch
Mr. Frisch has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Scope since August 2007. Stanley is also the manager of Dalian Best Metals. Before joining Scope, Mr. Frisch was a senior associate at the law offices of Yoram L. Cohen, Ashlagi, Fisher, Eshel, Scope's external counsel. Prior to that, he was an associate at a leading Israeli law firm and product development manager at a start-up software company. Mr. Frisch holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. in economics from Yeshiva University. Mr. Frisch has been a member of the bar of Ontario since 1994 and the bar of Israel since 1996.
Mr. Eyal Shavit
Mr. Shavit has been VP Business Development of Scope since May 2004. Mr. Shavit also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Scope's subsidiaries.Before joining Scope, Mr. Shavit was V.P. Finance of Solor Holding Group from 2001 to April 2004, and a controller in 3Path from 2000 to 2001. Prior to this, he was a CPA at Arthur Andersen accounting firm from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Shavit holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Tel Aviv, Israel.
Mr. Ofer Ressler
Mr. Ressler has been Senior Manager of the Aircraft Division since June 2004. Prior to joining Scope, he was a Project Manager in IAI (Elta) from 2002 to June 2004, and before that he served in the Israeli Air Force (LTC). His last position was Head of the Communications Branch. Mr. Ressler holds a Bachelor's degree in electronics from Ben Gurion University, and an MBA from the University of Tel Aviv, Israel.
Dr. Ogen Miroshnik
Dr. Miroshnik has been Chief Engineer of Scope since 1993. Prior to joining Scope, Dr. Miroshnik was an assistant professor at the metal sciences department of Tula State University in Russia. Dr. Miroshnik holds a PhD in Engineering.
Mr. Yoram Abraham
Mr. Abraham has been CEO of Primapol-Metal-Spot sro., Scope's subsidiary in the Czech Republic, since November 2004. Prior to taking up this position, he was Chief Economist and Export Manager of Scope since February 2000, and before this he was the GM of SSI Israel. Mr. Abraham has an MBA degree from the University of Tel Aviv, Israel.
Mr. Boaz Leshem
Mr. Leshem is CEO of Materials Technology Solutions (MTS) and an executive Vice President in Scope Metals USA, both subsidiaries of Scope. Mr. Leshem established MTS as a dedicated specialty metal house servicing the North American and European markets. Prior to the establishment of MTS, Mr. Leshem was the founder and General Manager of BTI/2XL for ten years, a company importing specialty metal products into Israel and representing leading global mills and distribution centers for the Israeli market. Mr. Leshem received a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Farleigh Dickinson University, followed by a Masters degree in Business from a joint program with Boston University and Ben Gurion University in Israel.
Mr. Gilad Fishman
Mr. Fishman has been CEO of Hadco Metal Trading since January 2006, a position he took after serving as the Global Export Manager of Scope since March 2005. Before joining Scope, Mr. Fishman was a Customer Solutions Manager with the internet business solutions group of Cisco Systems in their headquarters in the United States. Mr. Fishman holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Haifa University, Israel, and an MBA degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
Ms. Ilana Cornblum
Ms. Cornblum is the CEO of Gilinox SRL, Scope's subsidiary in Romania.
Ms. Cornblum joined Scope in 1987. Since 1993 Ms.Cornblum was the manager for the sales in stainless steel plates and sheets department.
Mr. Alex Master
Mr. Alex Master has been CEO of Alinox (F.K.A. Primaspot), Scope's subsidiary in Poland since 2008. Prior to taking up this position, he was Operations Manager of Scope since March 2005. Before joining Scope, he was a Major in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), serving as the Head of the Armored Vehicle Branch. Mr. Master has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University and an ME in System Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.
