In less than four decades, Scope Metals Group has earned a place as a leader in the field. The quality of both products and services has led to a wide customer base and international activities, which in turn has enabled steady growth and long-term planning.
Since 1992, Scope has been a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) under trading number 288019. During 1997, Scope made a second public offering, and in 2005 Scope made a third offering to institutional investors.
A further reflection of success came in April 2006 with the completion of a private placement to the FIMI Fund. The company raised approximately USD 34.1 million and issued to FIMI 2,935,000 shares (USD 11.63 per share), representing 27.6% of Scope’s stock (on a fully deluted basis, 25.1% of Scope's stock). Thereafter, FIMI increased its holdings to approximately 30%.
Our financial statements are audited by Ernst & Young Israel. We warmly invite investors to learn more about Scope activities, business strategies and prospects for future growth.
