State-of-the-art processing and warehousing equipment facilitates Scope’s exceptional order fulfillment capabilities

Our processing equipment includes four high-quality cut-to-length lines (one each for white metals, steel and all other metals), a slitting line, a polishing and PVC coating line for stainless steel and aluminum sheets, and band saws and disc cutters for plates and long products.

This wide range of equipment ensures that our extensive line of products, tailored exactly to customer requirements, is available on a just-in-time delivery basis.

Scope operates four precision cut-to-length and blanking lines and one slitting line. The use of separate lines for aluminum, titanium and stainless steel cutting (white metals) and for galvanized, carbon and alloy steel cutting (black metals) prevents corrosion that damages the materials. Our insistence on operating three separate lines is a reflection of our uncompromising commitment to quality.

Scope operates a dry polishing line from IMEAS, Italy, used for stainless steel, aluminum and titanium.

Scope operates automatic disc saws for aluminum, steel, stainless steel and plastics.
